Breast Augmentation

Breast augmentation is a surgical procedure that aims to enhance the size and shape of woman´s breast by using silicone cohesive gel implants specially designed for this purpose.

Am I a good candidate?

Candidates are all women who are not pleased with their breasts size or shape and want to have an ideal shape of the breast. However, it is important to be aware that what it is achieved with surgery totally depends on each patient´s anatomy. Also, for those women whose breasts are affected by aging or pregnancy.

he surgery is always performed in an authorized clinic for plastic surgery, under general anesthesia, therefore, you will not feel any pain during the procedure.

There are different places where the incision can be made to place the implant, usually an incision is preferred around the lower portion of the areola because it is less noticeable. In some special cases can be chosen to perform the incision through the armpit.

Working through a breast tissue incision, Dr. Hector designs a pocket where the implant will be placed, either under the pectoralis major muscle (submuscular) or placed behind the breast tissue, next, the implants are placed and the incisions are closed. A post-operative brassiere will be put on to help breast recover properly.
